- Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed and prepared for transit within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
- Domestic Shipping Estimates (United States)We partner with curated, high-efficiency logistics networks to bring you reliable delivery tracking speeds.Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment.Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics bottlenecks, customs verifications, or peak holiday volumes.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order TrackingOnce your order has left our fulfillment facilities, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 to 48 hours. You can monitor your package's transit journey directly on our website at any time.
- Customs, Duties, and TaxesOur store is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order upon arrival at your local territory border. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Damages & Lost PackagesIf you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking updates stop moving for more than 15 consecutive business days, please contact our support team immediately at Hello@solvantai.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so our team can expedite a replacement or refund for you.
